How much does a guard house cost in Malaysia?
The price of a prefab guard house depends on the size, material, and optional features like air conditioning or electrical wiring. Generally, prices start from RM 10,000 for a basic 1.5m × 1.5m unit and can go up to RM 25,000 for larger or customized models.
What size guard house is available?
We offer standard sizes:
- 10ft by 8ft – compact for small posts
- 20ft by 8ft spacious unit for multiple guards or added facilities
Custom sizes are available upon request.
Can the guard house be moved?
Yes. Our guard houses are portable and relocatable, designed to be lifted with a forklift or crane. You can easily move them to a new site without disassembly.
How long does installation take?
Most units can be installed within 1 day on a prepared flat surface. Larger or customized models may take 1–2 days.
Is air conditioning included?
Air conditioning is optional. The guard house comes with electrical wiring ready for installation of an AC unit. You can also choose to install a fan system for smaller units.
Can the guard house be customised?
Yes, we offer full customization, including:

Is nationwide delivery available?
Yes, we deliver and install across all states in Malaysia, including Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Penang, and Sabah/Sarawak. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and unit size. Also as for East Malaysia region, MOQ is need for delivery.
Do you provide electrical wiring?
Yes, our guard houses come with a pre-installed electrical system for lights, sockets, and air conditioning. Optional extra circuits can also be added.
